If you are having a technical issue requiring assistance during after-hours, weekends or holidays, please call 503-883-9200 and leave a short detailed message. Though we do not dispatch trucks on the weekends or holidays, leaving a message may expedite the dispatch process once normal hours resume.

Our support representatives check messages over the weekend and major holidays and generally respond mid morning to early afternoon. We try to respond expediently, depending on the time of day the message is left, you may not receive a response until the following day.

Please call 503-883-9200 and leave your:

  • Name on the account and/or account number
  • Address if we service multiple locations
  • Name person to contact
  • Phone number/Email
  • Detailed description of issue
  • Any troubleshooting steps already taken.
