Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)
The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a temporary program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that provides discounts on monthly broadband Internet access, service and certain connected devices. Eligible households will receive up to $50/month towards broadband service and up to $75/month if your household is on qualifying Tribal lands.
OnlineNW EBB customers could receive free or reduced-cost internet depending on your qualified benefit amount.

If you are having a technical issue requiring assistance during after-hours, weekends or holidays, please call 503-883-9200 and leave a short detailed message. Though we do not dispatch trucks on the weekends or holidays, leaving a message may expedite the dispatch process once normal hours resume.
We try to respond to voice messages expediently. Depending on the time of day the message is left, you may not receive a response until the following business day.
