Billing Information

  • OnlineNW’s invoices are generated 20 days in advance to give our customers time to submit their payments by their due date.
  • Late notices are automatically sent once invoices are 5 days past due.
  • Service deactivation notices are sent once invoices are 15 days past due.
  • Accounts are considered in default if payment is not received within 20 days after the due date.
  • If your payment is returned as NSF, the account is subject to a return check charge of $25.00.
  • Bounced E-checks are subject to a $15.00 fee.
  • Accounts still unpaid 20 days after date of invoice may have their service interrupted.
  • Once Service is suspended for non-payment, the account will be subject to a $25.00 re-activation fee.
  • Suspended services still accrue monthly charges. Customer is still obligated to pay them.
  • Services cancellation requires a 30-day written (or e-mailed) notice submitted to OnlineNW. .
  • Accounts in default are subject to a late payment charge of $2.00 per month or 1.5% whichever amount is greater.

Invoicing Options

  • E-mail Billing – Go Green! Customers can enjoy this convenient method of having their invoice e-mailed directly to them.
  • Auto-Pay – Contact our office to place Debit/Credit card or E-check information on your file and have your payment automatically deducted every month. This can also be manually set up by logging into the “Online Bill Pay” portal.
  • Paper Billing – This method incurs an added $1 charge per invoice that is snail mailed.

Q: Can I pay my bill online?

A: Yes! Simply go to https://my.onlinenw.com

Q: How do I obtain the username and password to login to my online billing account?

A:  By default the username will be your account number.  To create a password click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and an auto generated password will be emailed to the address we have on file.  Also, you are welcome to call our support staff at 503.883.9200 for assistance.  OnlineNW normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 7 pm.
