Check your Internet Connection
ATA/MTA Innomedia Device

Your Digital phone ATA is dependant on your internet connection.

Make sure ethernet connections are snugly in place

WAN port should connect to your internet connection (dsl, wireless, fiber, etc)

LAN port should connect to your internal network (router, computer, etc)

ATA/MTA Innomedia Device lights
-
Power – should be on
-
Run – generally, light is off – this light shows when ATA is going through internal updates
-
WAN – Wide Area Network – this light shows status of connection to your DSL modem or Wireless antenna

LAN – Local Area Network – this light shows status of connection to your Router or Computer

VOIP – Voice over IP – this light shows if the ATA/MTA can connect to the Phone Service

Phone2 – 2nd Phone Port – shows if there is a phone connected Line 2 (not always applicable) may flicker when a voicemail is waiting to be heard

Phone1 – 1st Phone Port – shows if there is a phone connected to Line 1 may flicker when a voicemail is waiting to be heard
